Musical Theatre singing exams through the Leinster School of Music and Drama held once per year are optional for students but not compulsory. Many students like to have the goal, accountability, and certificate that exams afford them. There is a large degree of vocal technique, character development, research, and musicianship involved in these exams. Secondary school students are encouraged to take music as a subject in school if they wish to take higher grades in these exams.

The Singing and Drama Studio are proud to use The Leinster School of Music and Drama for our exams in Speech and Drama, Solo Acting, Public Speaking and Effective Communication. Exams (non-compulsory) are taken twice per year, in November / early December, and again in late May / early June. Exam preparation is tailored to the needs of the students from introductory to advanced levels.

Adults can take exams in Speech and Drama (Certificate and Diploma options available), Solo Acting, Public Speaking and Effective Communication. Programme and pricing available on request.
